What do we do

differently?

We are not CV pushers. We do not want to disqualify the good agencies with this. However, we see too many parties taking advantage of the shortage on the labor market and then we see clients or employers hire someone, for the lack of a better candidate. That doesn't make anyone any better or happier. In this day and age it's about the right fit. The candidate, the company, the team and the assignment or job must perfectly fit together. Both in terms of personality and content.

In addition, we pay more attention than anyone else to people and society. This means that we pay a lot of attention to the work-life balance.

We also want to prevent unnecessary burden on the environment and in this way also contribute as Conversationeers.

Paid training courses

Paid training courses for professional development

Transparent margin, part of which is reserved to pay you a basic hourly rate on days when we organize training courses; we attach great importance to professional development. Unfortunately, there is often not enough time for that. By reserving money for this, we want to stimulate your development.

Renewal bonus

Increase of your rate with renewal of assignment

With the first renewal of an assignment, your rate will automatically increase and our margin will decrease. You don’t have to ask or negotiate!

Flexible hours

Flexible hours with part-time jobs

We intend to make it clear to clients and teach them that a good Conversationeer does not always need a full-time assignment to do his or her job well. Part time also works very well.

Work-life balance

Clear agreements about work-life balance

In consultation with the interim Conversationeer, we also make agreements about work-life balance. This means that, in consultation with the relevant Conversationeer, we also make agreements about rates for working from home and for office days. The aim is to create an incentive for clients to encourage working from home. This also contributes to our other objective, which is to make a positive contribution to reducing the burden on the environment.

You approach us

to look for a (different) employer for you, where your talents are needed and appreciated, in the way you want it and with the terms of employment that suit your knowledge and experience. If we find the right job for you, we will transfer 10% (gross) of what your employer paid us for our work, and if you are still working there after 6 months.

We approach you

for a jobsearch that we have in our portfolio. We will most certainly take your interests into account and we want your talents to be appreciated at your new employer, in the way you want it and with the terms of employment that suit your knowledge and experience. If the placement becomes reality, and if you are still working there after 6 months, we will transfer you 15% (gross) of what your employer paid us for our work.
